BKS Capital Management is a multi-strategy, private investment 3(c)(1)-type hedge fund with the primary purpose of seeking high returns on the fund’s assets while mitigating unnecessary risk. The highest goal of BKS Capital is to create and sustain growth of a high positive beta (in relation to the broader indices) for the portfolio throughout each accounting period by employing a wide range investment strategies and portfolio management techniques unique to the fund’s manager. BKS Capital’s primary investment strategy will be trading oriented specifically emphasizing long/short equity positions with a dual focus on event driven investing.
